This is a site for the sale of Voucher (Handshake package, Photo package, other Goods) used for the Fans Meeting in W2140 BANGKOK WORLD AI + WEB3 EXPO on November 13, 2024. Sales on this site will end at 16:00 (Thai time) on November 11, 2024.
【Explanation regarding the exchanging voucher (Handshake package, Photo package, other Goods)】
• Date and Time: November 12 and November 13.
It is recommended to collect your package on November 12 to avoid crowds on November 13.
• Location: MEET48 booth at the EXPO venue entrance
• Method for Exchanging Packages: Packages will be handed over only upon verification of the QR code* sent at the time of purchase and an identification document (e.g., passport).
*: You will receive email after the purchase. Please click the link in that email and download the ticket with QR code.
【Explanation regarding the EXPO venue admission ticket】
• The Fans Meeting will be held within the EXPO venue.
• Therefore, an admission ticket to the EXPO venue is required separately.
• Those who purchase Photo Packages on this site will receive one free admission ticket to the EXPO venue.
• Only one admission ticket per person is provided, regardless of the number of packages purchased.
• The EXPO admission ticket will be sent as an e-ticket to your registered email before EXPO begin.
【Important Notes when Purchasing Voucher (Handshake package, Photo package, other Goods)】
• Only one order per person is allowed. Identification verification will be conducted at the time of package collection on November 12 and November 13.
• Purchases for the purpose of reselling the Packages for profit are strictly prohibited.
• Orders may be canceled at the discretion of the organizers.
• If any resale is confirmed, all future orders will be refused.
【Important Notes about the Day of the Fans Meeting】
• Please follow the guidance of the organizers and event staff during the Fans Meeting.
• Inappropriate behavior may result in removal by the organizers and event staff.
• Please refrain from giving gifts to the members.
