Shop Usage Guide

STEP 1: Select your product

Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product details page.

STEP 2: Confirm your order

  1. Please check your order on the shopping cart page.
  2. If there are no problems with the contents, please click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
    *Items added to your cart may be canceled after a certain period of time, so please proceed with your purchase promptly.
    * There is a limit to the number of items that can be purchased in one order.

STEP 3: Enter your shipping information

Please enter the following details accurately as your shipping address:

  • Name
  • post code
  • Address (including number, building name, and room number)
  • telephone number

STEP 4: Check the terms of use

Please check the "Personal Information Handling", "Terms of Use" and "Notes", and if you agree, press the "Proceed to Confirmation Screen" button.

STEP 5: Choose your payment method

After confirming your order details on the confirmation screen, select your payment method.
The available payment methods are:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Convenience store payment
  • Other (e.g. electronic money)

STEP 6: Confirm your order

Once you have entered your payment information, click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your order.

STEP 7: Order confirmation email sent

Once your order is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our shop.
