1. About the Product
Q1: What is a random photo?
A1: Random photos are bonus photos that are randomly enclosed in the product. There are multiple types, and you will not know which photo you will get until you open it. Please note that even if you purchase multiple copies of the same product, you may receive the same photo.
Q2: Can I use the handshake ticket included with the CD?
A2: The handshake ticket enclosed in the CD cannot be used at this time as the event period has ended. We hope you will enjoy the handshake ticket as a part of your collection.
Q3: Are all the products official merchandise?
A3: Yes, all products sold in our shop are officially licensed and authentic. Please feel free to purchase.
Q4: Will there be any restocking of the products?
A4: Some products may be restocked, but limited edition or limited quantity products may not be restocked. We will announce restock information on our website and social media.
Q5: What should I do if the product is defective?
A5: In the unlikely event that the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly exchange or refund the product.
2. Ordering
Q1: Can I change or cancel my order?
A1: Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations are only possible before the order is prepared for shipping. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Q2: Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase in one order?
A2: Yes, depending on the product, we may limit the quantity that can be purchased in one order. Details are listed on each product page.
Q3: I haven't received an order confirmation email, what should I do?
A3: After you complete your order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you entered. If you do not receive an email, please check the following:
- Has it been sorted into your spam folder?
- Is there a typo in your email address?
If you still cannot confirm, please contact us using the inquiry form.
3. Delivery
Q1:How long does the delivery take?
A1: After your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the region, but it will arrive within 1-5 days after shipping (excluding remote islands and some areas).
Q2: Can I change the delivery address?
A2: You can change the delivery address before the item is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form. Please note that you cannot change the delivery address after the item has been shipped.
Q3: Is it possible to ship overseas?
A3: Currently, our shop only supports domestic shipping. We are considering whether to support international shipping in the future.
4. Payment
Q1: What payment methods can I use?

5. Returns and Exchanges
Q1: Can I return or exchange items after purchase?
A1: In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, we will promptly respond to cases of initial defects or incorrect delivery. For details, please see the "Return and Exchange Policy".

Q1 : Can I reserve merchandise for my favorite idol?
A1: We are currently not taking pre-orders.
Q2: Will the servers be congested at the start of sales?
A2: Immediately after the start of sales, the site may be difficult to connect due to high traffic. In that case, please try accessing the site again later.
