Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
■ If there is a problem with the product
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly accept your request for a return or exchange. Please fill out the return/exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once the procedure is complete, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Conditions for non-return/exchange: If you do not apply for return/exchange within 7 days after the product arrives at your location
- If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or dirt
- If the product tag or accessories are missing
- If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our company
- In the case of products sold under special conditions such as non-returnable coupons
- For orders that are marked as non-returnable on the product or campaign page
- Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other items that come into direct contact with the skin without underwear
