  • Once shipping preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Refunds

(1) Credit card payment

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process a refund to the credit card used for payment.

  • The timing of refunds will vary depending on each card company's processing schedule.
  • Please contact your card company directly for the specific time frame for the change to be reflected.

(2) Notes on refunds

  • Please note that we cannot provide refunds if you cancel after the item has been prepared for shipping or if the return is not approved due to your own reasons.
  • It may take several days to a week for the cancellation process to be completed.

3. Cancellation due to product shortage

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and take the following steps:

  • Alternative product suggestions (if in stock)
  • Cancel your order and get a full refund

4. Cases where cancellation is not possible

Please note that we cannot cancel your order in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after product has been shipped
  • Cancellation of some items due to customer's convenience (e.g. only part of a set item)
  • If you suspect fraudulent use of your credit card

5. Cancellation by our shop
